fighting/injury: Yes; she will probably fight back, but she's a tiny, untrained human. She's not going to be match for most people. Talk to me about it before torture or killing, unless it's the point of the meme; anything else goes.
supernatural effects: Yes; she is completely human, no psychic abilities and no blocks or barriers. Post-TDW, the Aether might have left some kind of impression in her head that could be noticed should someone be reading her mind, but nothing that would have effects.
smut: Ask first. Nine times out of ten, I'm not really interested, especially if we haven't threaded together before, but I won't say never. (Obvious exception is if it's a smut-only meme.)

offensive subjects: I would prefer not to have graphic descriptions of gore sprung on me without warning. Jane has a temper, so there's a lot of things that could rile her up a little, but not much that's going to deeply offend her.
